Helping young people find their direction

I also work with young people aged 15-24, helping them uncover their strengths, build confidence, and make better career decisions.   • Coaching is 1:1 or small group, focused on the individual's specific goals and challenges. It's reflective, exploratory and personally tailored.

    Training is often group-based, focused on teaching specific skills and frameworks that everyone can apply.

    Most development programmes benefit from a combination of both.

  • Typically 6-12 sessions over 3-9 months, but it depends on what we're working on.

    Some people need a focused 6-session block to navigate a specific challenge. Others benefit from longer-term development over 9-12 months.

    We'll agree the right structure during the discovery call.

  • Absolutely — and this is often where the biggest impact happens.

    A combination of individual coaching for each leader plus facilitated team sessions creates both personal growth and collective alignment.
