-COACHING
Coaching that creates real change
Not a tick-box exercise. Structured, ICF-accredited coaching that helps people see themselves clearly, lead with confidence, and make better decisions.
Whether you need someone to sort your HR out, develop your people, or help you hire — or all three.
1:1 leadership coaching
Confidential, structured coaching for individuals who want to step up, step into a new role, or work through a specific leadership challenge. I work with people at every level: from newly promoted team leads to MDs, CEO’s and founders.
Typically 6-12 sessions over 3-9 months
Structured around your goals, not a generic framework
Psychometric profiling to accelerate self-awareness
Between-session reflection and accountability
Confidential, non-judgmental, challenging when needed
Ideal for: managers stepping up, leaders navigating change, founders who need a thinking partner, or anyone who's been told they need to develop but hasn't been shown how.
Team coaching & workshops
Facilitated sessions that help teams understand how they work together, where the friction is, and what needs to change. Using Insights Discovery, GC Index and emotional intelligence frameworks to create shared language and real breakthroughs.
Half-day, full-day or multi-session programmes
Psychometric profiling for every team member
Facilitated discussions on communication, conflict and collaboration
Action plans the team commits to (not just a nice day out)
Away days with substance, not just activities
Ideal for: leadership teams that aren't aligned, newly formed teams, teams going through change, or any group that needs to work better together.
Management essentials
For people who've been promoted because they're great at their job — but nobody's taught them how to manage humans. Practical, no-nonsense development that turns technically brilliant individuals into confident, capable managers.
The transition from doer to leader
Having difficult conversations with confidence
Delegation, feedback and performance management
Managing up, down and across
Building trust and psychological safety
Ideal for: first-time managers, technical specialists who've been promoted, or anyone whose team would secretly describe their management style as "winging it"
Future leaders programme
A structured development programme for the people you've identified as your next generation of leaders. Combines coaching, psychometric profiling, and practical leadership skills to build a genuine leadership pipeline.
Identify high-potential individuals with GC Index profiling
Structured development pathway over 6-12 months
Mix of 1:1 coaching and group learning
Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication
Practical leadership skills they can use immediately
Ideal for: businesses that want to promote from within but need to develop people before they step up, not after
-PSYCHOMETRICS
Three powerful tools for deeper self-awareness
Psychometric profiling accelerates coaching by giving people a mirror they can't argue with. I'm licensed to use three industry-leading frameworks, and I choose the right one based on what you're trying to achieve.
Understand yourself
Insights Discovery
A colour-based profiling tool that helps individuals and teams understand their communication preferences, strengths and blind spots. Brilliant for building team cohesion, resolving conflict, and creating a shared language.
Personal profile for every participant
Four colour energies framework (easy to remember and apply)
Team workshops and away days
Communication, selling and leadership modules
Follow-up sessions to embed the learning
Understand your emotional intelligence
RocheMartin ECR
The Emotional Capital Report (ECR) measures ten emotional intelligence competencies that drive leadership effectiveness. It gives leaders a clear, data-driven picture of their emotional strengths and development areas — and a roadmap for growth.

-TRAINING & FACILIATION
Bespoke training that sticks
Off-the-shelf training courses are forgettable. I design and deliver bespoke, in-house training programmes tailored to your business, your people, and the specific challenges you're facing. Every session is interactive, practical and grounded in real-world application — not death by PowerPoint.
✔️ Leadership & management — developing confident, capable leaders at every level
✔️ Emotional intelligence — building self-awareness and interpersonal skills using ECR and Insights
✔️ Change management — equipping your people to lead and navigate organisational change
✔️ Personal effectiveness — time management, communication, resilience and influence
✔️ Team development — building trust, improving collaboration and resolving conflict
✔️ New manager induction — giving first-time managers the toolkit they need from day one
✔️ Difficult conversations — practical frameworks for feedback, performance and conflict
How it works: We start with a conversation about what you're trying to achieve and who the audience is. I design the programme around your specific context — your examples, your challenges, your language. Then I deliver it on-site (or virtually) and follow up to make sure the learning sticks.
Formats: Half-day workshops, full-day sessions, multi-module programmes, or lunch-and-learn sessions. Whatever fits your team and your schedule.
-EARLY CAREERS
Helping young people find their direction
I also work with young people aged 15-24, helping them uncover their strengths, build confidence, and make better career decisions. Using the GC Index Young People's Index (YPI) and strengths-based coaching, I help young people understand what they're naturally good at — and where that could take them.
GC Index YPI strengths profiling
1:1 career coaching
Confidence and employability workshops
School and employer partnerships
Work experience and early careers programme design
Age range: 15-24
Available for schools, colleges, employers and directly to young people and their families
Things you might be wondering
-
Coaching is 1:1 or small group, focused on the individual's specific goals and challenges. It's reflective, exploratory and personally tailored.
Training is often group-based, focused on teaching specific skills and frameworks that everyone can apply.
Most development programmes benefit from a combination of both.
-
Typically 6-12 sessions over 3-9 months, but it depends on what we're working on.
Some people need a focused 6-session block to navigate a specific challenge. Others benefit from longer-term development over 9-12 months.
We'll agree the right structure during the discovery call.
-
Absolutely — and this is often where the biggest impact happens.
A combination of individual coaching for each leader plus facilitated team sessions creates both personal growth and collective alignment.
I'll design a programme that works for your team size, budget and timeline.
-
Both.
For workshops and away days, in-person is usually more impactful, there's something about being in a room together that you can't fully replicate on screen.
For 1:1 coaching and shorter sessions, virtual works brilliantly and saves everyone travel time. Most programmes end up being a blend.
-
It depends on what you're trying to achieve.
Insights Discovery is brilliant for communication and team dynamics.
The GC Index is best for understanding impact, contribution and team composition.
The RocheMartin ECR is ideal for developing emotional intelligence in leaders. I'll recommend the right one — or a combination — based on your goals.

Insights Discovery is a colour-based psychometric profiling tool that helps individuals and teams understand their communication preferences, strengths and blind spots, using four colour energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue.
It's one of the most widely used profiling tools in the world. Siobhan use’s it in team workshops, away days, leadership coaching, and management development. Most teams see noticeable improvement in communication and collaboration within weeks. Siobhan Godden is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner based in Bedfordshire.

The GC Index is an organimetric rather than a traditional psychometric framework that measures how people are naturally inclined to make their greatest contribution, through five energy types: Strategist, Game Changer, Play Maker, Polisher and Implementer.
Unlike personality profiles, the GC Index focuses on impact. I use it for leadership development, team composition, recruitment (through GC Translate for job adverts), and workforce planning. There's also a Young People's Index (YPI) for career coaching with 15-24 year olds. Siobhan Godden is a certified GCologist, a GC Index Practitioner.

Emotional intelligence coaching develops a leader's ability to recognise, understand and manage emotions, using the RocheMartin Emotional Capital Report (ECR) to measure ten specific competencies that predict leadership effectiveness.
The ECR provides a data-driven picture of emotional strengths and development areas with a clear roadmap for growth. Research consistently shows emotional intelligence is the strongest predictor of leadership performance. Siobhan Godden is a licensed RocheMartin ECR practitioner.
